RETURN POLICY
- In the unlikely event that any product is delivered damaged, we will gladly replace it at our cost or refund you in full. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery in order for the money-back guarantee or refund to apply.
- To qualify for a full refund, the damaged product must be in its original packaging, and we do reserve the right (where packaging is damaged by the customer or out-of-town courier charges apply) to apply a 10% handling fee.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your original order (s). However, if you paid by EFT you will be asked to provide us with your preferred banking details.
- Once your refund request has been processed, funds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account subject to your bank’s processing times.
